The province of Bulacan, with its proximity to Metro
Manila, has so many clubs and organizations in all its towns and
municipalities catering to particular needs of the population. But there
is no single club for the whole province solely for Bulakeño and with
the prime intent of helping its less fortunate province mate. With the
keen observation of Engr. Gene Reyes and somewhere that must be filled.

n 2006, Club Bulakeno has decided to embark on its biggest project to
date. Through its Club Officers led by President Bonnie Vergel de Dios
and Lady President Kim Bernardo-Lokin, the Club in partnership with the
Gawad Kalinga Group, launched the Club Bulakeno- GK Village to be built
in Barangay Encanto, in the town of Angat.
This project which was started in 2006, aims to give decent housing to
around 50 indigent families in Bulacan...
